This year, the Lip Sync Battle will have winners in individual and group categories, which means if you've always wanted to do your own thing (whether or not your group participates), this is the year!
Just like W. P. sCarey — no judges this year. You get to vote electronically to pick the winner and runners-up in each category at the end of the show.
The party
Food and drinks get started at 3 p.m. Join us in Music Building West to mingle with staff and faculty before the show. (Food and drink are not allowed in the theater...)
The battle
The more creative the better, obviously. Dance moves? Bring 'em. Props? Please. Costumes? Do it. Ballads? Might not be your best choice.
We'll start the performances around 3:45 and crown winners before 5!

Cheer on your department or find a new favorite — the crowd reactions are a big part of what makes the Lip Sync Battle great. So, get involved early and make sure you bring your phone so you can vote and help select this year's winners!
