The self-evaluation form is available as an online form located under the Employee Menu. Completed self-evaluations and can be viewed under the self-evaluation tab.
Evaluations can be edited until an action is taken. Use the Communication tab.
- All university and classified staff annual performance evaluations are to be completed by June 30, 2017.
