Audio Visual
- Many on-campus vendors have audio visual capabilities already built into the meeting room.

Displays
- Marketing and Communcations offers a variety of W. P. Carey School of Business displays for use or purchase, including two 10’x10’ displays, 7’x5.5’ table top displays, pull-up banners, and see-through document holders.
Equipment Rentals
- ASU has meeting room equipment which may be rented through Moving & Event Services.
- The ASU Office of Special Events offers event rentals as well. To see what's available, registered ASU event planners must first log in to Event Assist.
- The Marketing and Communications department at W. P. Carey School also offers table covers, table runners and podium drapes for rent.
- The Approved Vendors List has preferred ASU vendors.
Event Activities
- Create some excitement at your event by integrating a photo booth, inviting Sparky, using a t-shirt cannon, or giving away some W. P. Carey School of Business swag. Contact Marketing and Communications for assistance.
- Photography can capture the feel of your event.
Event Personnel
- Request student Business Ambassadors to volunteer at your event.

Parking
- Planning where your guests will park is an important step in the event planning process. Parking garages on campus can fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve spots early.

Promotion
- Marketing and Communications can assist in the promotion of events with web page development, electronic invitation message and design development, advertising in local and national media, as well as event listings and/or promotion in internal communication vehicles at ASU or W. P. Carey School.
Signage
- A variety of signage is available to help direct attendees to the event location. View what's available and/or what it costs to order your own.
Social Media
- If your event is for prospective students or current students or involves alumni, share the details with Marketing and Communications at wpcsocial@asu.edu.
Sustainability

Approved Vendors
- The Approved Vendors List has preferred ASU vendors who can provide centerpieces, linens, lighting, and more to bring your event theme to life.
