Time Reporting

Each department is responsible for following a time reporting process to ensure that both the employee and his/her supervisor have approved the time taken, and the time approved by the supervisor matches the time entered into PeopleSoft. This can be done via paper timesheets, electronically (via email) or through the Time and Attendance Support (TAS) system (recommended). 

How To Get Started:

  • Request the PeopleSoft role of:HCM Dept Time Administrator
    • Go to (MyASU > Service > Self Support (Under Tools & Resources) > Access Requests > PeopleSoft – Submit a New Request for Access)
    • Enter your UserID
  • Fill out the Purpose for Access Request: indicate that you will be the DTA for your department and need to be able to access the department code (include the department code(s) you need access to)
  • Enter your Supervisor’s User ID
  • An email is generated indicating what training you need.
